Hi, I’m Analisa! Analisa’s Pavlovas began as a labor of love inspired by time spent with my boyfriend, Patricio, and his family in Morelia, Mexico. I fell in love with the delicate, light and airy pastry that felt less heavy than a typical dessert.

Patricio’s mom has a bakery and always invites me to come spend time with her and her staff. When she taught me how to make pavlovas, I felt a responsibility to bring this back with me to Charleston and start a little negocio of my own.

Analisa’s Pavlovas has become such a wonderful part of my life and allows me to share my love for pavlovas and this special experience with others. Provecho! :)
