Analisa Wolff

Chief Pavlova Office (CPO)

Analisa is the founder and heart behind Analisa's Pavlovas. What began as a love for an unforgettable dessert quickly became a passion project with a bigger vision.

After trying her very first pavlova from her boyfriend's family bakery in Morelia, Mexico, she couldn't believe she had gone her whole life without discovering them. When she returned home to Charleston, she searched everywhere for pavlovas—only to find they were nearly impossible to find locally.

With both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the Darla Moore School of Business, Analisa recognized an opportunity to introduce Charleston to something truly special. Inspired by the family tradition she learned in Mexico, she set out to create handcrafted pavlovas that are light, beautiful, and made to bring people together.

Her dream is simple: to share the joy of pavlovas with as many people as possible, so others can fall in love with these sweet little clouds just as she and her family did.

There are cupcakes, a sign with prices, a glass of beer, and decorative flowers on the table. The woman is smiling, wearing a blue tank top, a bandana around her neck, and has tattoos on her arms. In the background, there are cars, buildings, and trees.
