Born from a cross-cultural love story, Analisa’s Pavlovas brings a taste of Mexico to Charleston.
During her time in Morelia, Mexico, Analisa discovered pavlovas through her boyfriend’s family bakery. Captivated by the delicate balance of crisp meringue, silky cream, and fresh fruit, she learned the craft from her suegra and carried this new skill back home.
Today, Analisa’s Pavlovas creates homemade pavlovas inspired by family, culture, and the belief that every celebration deserves something beautiful.
